Yin Yoga 20Hr Training with Meg & Troye
Learn the history, philosophy, techniques and benefits of yin yoga. This course is open to anyone wishing to deepen their practice and understanding of yin yoga. For those with at least 200hrs of yoga teacher training, this course will provide the skills necessary to teach and share this practice with others. Join Troye and Meg for an enlivening weekend supporting your education of this deeply nourishing style of yoga.
